From the M5 (Junction 9) proceed from the motorway junction towards Evesham along the A46. At the first roundabout take the second exit left towards Evesham. Travel along this road for about 1 ¼ miles passing Little Beckford on your right. There is a right turn to Great Washbourne just after a pub called ‘The Beckford’ on the left.

After about ½ a mile you reach Great Washbourne. Turn right into the village before a red phone box then drive down the no though road and proceed right to the end of the road. 

At Doe Bank go through the gate, over a little bridge and then bare right to find the farm.
